Karyopharm to Present Clinical Data Update for Selinexor (KPT-330) in Hematologic Malignancies

(Nasdaq:KPTI), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company, today announced the presentation of clinical data for its lead drug candidate, selinexor (KPT-330), a first-in-class, oral Selective Inhibitor of Nuclear Export / SINE™ compound, during a Karyopharm-sponsored event with webcast scheduled for Monday, December 7, 2015 from 8:30 - 9:30 p.m. ET, immediately following formal programming for the 57th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting. The event, entitled "Broadening the Foundation for SINE-Based Therapy in Oncology: ASH 2015," will include presentations by selinexor clinical investigators and Karyopharm management describing new clinical data, including data related to selinexor's activity in combination with other active agents in multiple myeloma and acute myeloid leukemia, followed by a Q&A session.
